Tomorrow plan to provide access to the filesystem (Orion). After that - will work at job submittions.

need to talk to ITSD and Ryan Adamson (for NCCS piece, which we probably do not need now).

Auth of non-ORNL users via PingFed? and will probably stay so in the future. Also need to talk to cybersecurity about letting XCAMS users on Calvera and other resources.
