Creating a Generic Docker-based Galaxy Tool

This is a "How to" about steps needed to create a Docker-based tool for Galaxy and add it to Galaxy (Calvera instance in our case).

There are three steps involved:

1. Prepare a Docker image with executable(s)
2. Create an XML file for the tool
3. Add the tool to Galaxy configuration
